How to cook
Pork Leg Joint:
Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan/gas mark 4). Allow 35 minutes per 500g plus 35 minutes. Rest before carving.
Pork Steaks & Chops:
Pan-fry or grill for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and juices run clear. Internal temp should reach 70°C.
Back & Streaky Bacon:
Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until crisp to your liking.
Breakfast & Cumberland Sausages:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly. Alternatively, oven-bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
Always ensure pork products are cooked thoroughly before serving.
How to store
For optimal freshness, store this product in the fridge at temperatures below 3℃, or freeze it at -19℃ for longer storage.
Delivery
