HOW TO COOK
Remove the fillet steak from its packaging and let it come to room temperature for about 20 minutes. Gently pat the steak dry with kitchen paper to ensure a perfect sear.
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over high heat until it’s sizzling. Cook the steak to your preferred level of doneness, using the following temperature guide for accuracy:
- Rare: 50°C
- Medium Rare: 55°C
- Medium: 60°C
- Medium Well: 65°C
- Well Done: 70°C
Once cooked to perfection, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in its rich, juicy flavor.
