How to cook
To cook the perfect Prime Steak, start by bringing the steak to room temperature for even cooking. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning blend. Heat a heavy skillet or grill to high heat until it’s sizzling hot, then add a touch of oil if using a skillet.
Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for a medium-rare finish, adjusting the time based on your preferred level of doneness. Once cooked, remove the steak and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to lock in all the juicy flavors.
